(2)尺寸规格
(1)钢丝的直径应符合GB/T342中表1的规定。
(2)钢丝直径允许偏差应符合GB/T342表2中12级的规定。根据需方要求,可按11级供货。
(3)钢丝的圆度不得超过直径公差之半。
(3)牌号和化学成分见表7-81。
(4)交货状态
钢丝的交货状态分为两种,其状态及代号为:
冷拉状态(L):热处理后经常规拉拔。
软态(R):光亮热处理后酸洗。
要求软态交货时,应在合同中注明,未注明者按冷拉状态交货。
(5)用途适用于电弧焊、气焊、埋弧自动焊、电渣焊和气体保护焊。
